These iris are just a bit ahead of the rest. 
My snowball bush is lush. Since we removed the walnut trees from that side of the yard, this bush has nearly doubled, not so much in size, but in fullness.

Thanks for visiting my little corner of cyberspace. My name is Ilona. Home is currently a small, central Nebraska town shared with my husband, Tim, and golden retriever, Charlie. I work part-time at our local library - a job I truly enjoy. While the art of homemaking is my first love and you would normally find me dabbling in a variety of crafts, projects and gardens, this year "college student" has been added to my list of daily routines, claiming a disproportionate amount of my time.
