i don't want a series of fillers ...patience doesn't cost me anything. i have thought about painting the window frame to match the wall.
these i put up this summer in my hallway. i took a piece of scrapbook paper, rotated and copied it 4 times to frame and hang.

These are gorgeous! Love the colors, the prints and how you did them. I totally agree that blank is better than cluttered and that the windows pose a huge decorating challenge. We know the curtain thing did not work. Now that so many other projects have been completed, the solution to the windows will come to you in a vision. Meanwhile, I will keep my eyes open when looking at books and magazines.
