I do know however you should not exercise 2-3 hours before you go to bed hence your bedtime being pretty consistent each night, mine, however, fluctuates. I try to get 30 minutes on the treadmill after I have had a couple cups of coffee and lots of water. This seems to give me energy the whole day through, yet I still like to nap when I can find time.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
